Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; however, are not eligible for a refund. Monthly
subscriptions must be cancelled prior to the next month’s billing date in order to avoid unwanted
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within two weeks of the billing date. After the two-week period, refunds will not be issued for yearly subscriptions.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a
return. Your total order will be refunded minus the cost of the original shipping charges as well as the
cost of return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please keep in mind the return process can take some time. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At Synerlift we employ a strict quality control system at every stage of the development. Before each product gets shipped it has been inspected at multiple levels.
For 6 months following purchase unless otherwise indicated by law we will warrant the original retail buyer only that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship as originally sold. If you receive a defective product, return it to us and we will replace it subject to the following conditions: we do not warrant products which show normal wear and tear or that have been used or maintained improperly, modified or altered, or damaged in any manner.
The purchase of any SynerLift product made via a third party vendor (e.g. Ebay, Amazon) will not under any circumstances be covered by our warranty policy.
